Our Field Technicians

TREVOR EICHLER
Field Technician
Trevor had two loves growing up – baseball & computers. His love of playing baseball led to him being featured in the Marin Independent Journal! His love of information technology led to him building his own PC (from scratch) after graduating college.
“I see a lot of parallels between baseball strategy and IT management, Trevor says, “For example, much as a pitcher strategically selects pitches to outwit batters, the Ashe Cosgrove team deploys firewalls, encryption, and threat monitoring to outmaneuver hackers. A fastball might be like a strong password—simple but effective—while a curveball could represent multi-factor authentication, adding complexity for attackers.” (Yes - Trevor loves baseball)
Prior to working at Ashe Cosgrove, Trevor was a Technical Service Representative at Sari Singerman Photography in Sebastopol, CA, where he received a 95% positive feedback rating from clients. (We’d like to know who the other 5% are!)
Trevor has a Bachelor of Science: Computer Science from San Francisco State University in San Francisco.
When he’s not working, you can find Trevor on Ocean Beach, San Francisco walking his dog, Honey, who is a Pomeranian Chihuahua Miniature Pinscher!

JASON VAUGHAN
Field Technician
First Place! That’s where Jason’s team came in, beating 22 other teams in the 2019-2020 Mobile App Challenge (MAC) for The University of California, Merced.

This was a senior class project to implement a VR Eye Examination Test featuring pupil dilation readings for The Valley Children's Hospital. Specifically, this project focused on expanding Telemed services in the Central Valley for families with children and young adults in underserved areas.

“I’m really proud of the work we did on this project and the benefits it brings to folks who need it in the Central Valley.”

Following that project, Jason began working at The Valley Children’s Hospital as a Full Stack Developer & Lead Database Engineer. He also worked at Naviant as an IT Help Desk Technician.

While at Naviant, he provided technical support to 30+ individual companies from a variety of sectors such as healthcare, local government, and finance, configuring new servers and assisting with software upgrades.

“I was the first point of contact for customer issues which holds true today in my role at Ashe Cosgrove. I enjoy solving IT problems – installing and configuring new servers, desktops, and software to be deployed to multiple end users.”

Jason is a graduate of The University of California, Merced with a BS in Computer Science. When he’ s not working at ACI, you can find Jason camping, fishing, or hanging out with his cat, Pumpkin.
